As one of The Square Mile training managers, Ingrid organises professional language courses for the business market. Ingrid is valued for her perseverance and determination in meeting demands and delivering on her promises of high quality. The end result: The Square Mile providing quality professional language training, with complete support in all areas from an intensive Business English course to Chinese language training.

Committed from start to finish

Ingrid had a varied career including experience in the travel industry, recruitment and marketing examining,  before discovering the training industry and joining The Square Mile team in 2013. Here she does what she does best: satisfying clients by her detailed organisation of quality language training programmes and being there from start to finish to ensure all aspects of the training go smoothly. She does this by being in constant contact with clients, participants, colleagues and language trainers. The fact that clients keep coming back and quality language trainers keep working with The Square Mile, Ingrid sees as a huge compliment.

Your language training is in good hands

As well as her role as a training manager, Ingrid is also an account coordinator. This means that client relationship management is a large part of her job. Ingrid enjoys the responsibility that this aspect of her work involves.  As training is a service rather than a physical product, making comparisons upfront is difficult, therefore Ingrid works hard to ensure that she delivers what she promises, which is:  delivering high quality, well-organised language training so that you complete the entire language training programme from beginning to end without problems!
