Conditions for Participation in Training Courses from the A+O Metalektro “Fit tot je pensioen” Guide

For Whom?
All employees of companies affiliated with A+O Metalektro are eligible to take a training course from the A+O Metalektro “Fit tot je pensioen” guide. The training courses are designed for employees of all ages.
Duration
The training courses are available until December 2025. Your course must be completed by this date.
Costs
Each training course/intervention from the “Fit tot je pensioen” guide is fully reimbursed up to €2,500 (excluding VAT) through the MDIEU subsidy from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment.

Ask your employer to register via this page. They must also apply through My A+O. The application is subject to these training conditions.
Declaration
Your employer can claim the costs of your training from A+O Metalektro. They must include the invoice from the training provider and a certificate or proof of participation.

Dutch group training in the workplace
