Mercedes Carretero Ortega

Hola, qué tal? This is Mercedes Carretero Ortega. She is a Spanish language trainer, born in Andalusia who has been giving Business Spanish courses for The Square Mile since 2006. During her fourteen  years in the Netherlands she has given language lessons to adults and children.  She has taught in the business world, at Volksuniversiteits and for language institutes.

Mercedes also gives short grammar-focused training courses, for example concerning the subjunctive or past tenses. Her first goal is for you to speak Spanish without hesitation. She creates a good atmosphere in her Business Spanish courses and gives straightforward, interesting exercises. She goes to Spain a few times a year to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Spanish language teaching.
