The Square Mile provides Business language training of the highest quality, We create programmes tailored to your company’s situation, market and your individual needs. To ensure we deliver, we work through 6 steps:

  1. Introduction meeting. During an initial meeting, we aim to learn a little about you as as potential client and offer you the chance to find out more about us. We identify your situation, needs and objectives and review the different options we have. Within a week we submit a draft proposal.
  2. Intake meetings. Our detailed intake establishes the participants’ level, role and requirement. We use a personal interview and if required, a written test. We are also able to take on the administrative burden of arranging intakes if required.
  3. Feedback. Based on the intake, we provide a written report on levels, needs and personal objectives together with a language training proposal. Where there is more than one participant, we group them based on needs, levels and objectives.
  4. Offer. We adapt the proposal (if required) to take account of any other factors you wish to be considered.
  5. Course Delivery. We contact the participants, confirm the planning, prepare and start the course.
  6. Evaluation. We evaluate progress during and after the course and provide individual feedback. We assess progress using  the Common European Framework of Reference and individual reports per participant.
